About the Role
We work with business owners who need to make more money online but don’t know what to sell, who to target, or where to advertise.
This role is not about running ads or executing campaigns.
It is about diagnosing businesses, designing revenue-ready offers, and creating clear go-to-market roadmaps before money is spent on advertising.

What You Will Do
1. Diagnose Businesses
- Analyze clients’ products/services, pricing, margins, and capacity
- Identify what actually makes money vs what creates noise
- Spot constraints (operations, sales process, demand, differentiation)
- Ask hard questions and challenge assumptions respectfully
2. Design Offers & Monetization Strategy
- Define core offers, entry offers, and upsells
- Simplify complex service menus into scalable offers
- Help position businesses clearly in their market
- Identify opportunities for recurring or higher-margin revenue
3. Decide Channel Fit (Strategy Only)
- Recommend the right acquisition channels (Google, Meta, SEO, Local, etc.)
- Explain why a channel fits buyer intent and price point
- Identify when advertising should be delayed or avoided
- Define what must exist before execution (landing pages, tracking, sales readiness)
4. Deliver Clear, Actionable Roadmaps
- Create 30–90 day go-to-market plans
- Present recommendations in plain business language
- Align clients internally before execution begins
- Hand off clean strategies to execution teams
What You Will NOT Do
- Run ads
- Manage campaigns
- Write copy or build funnels
- Execute SEO or media buying
This is a thinking and advisory role, not execution.
Who You Are
Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years in business strategy, consulting, agency strategy, sales leadership, or operations
- Exposure to multiple businesses or clients
- Strong understanding of revenue models and unit economics
- Comfortable discussing pricing, margins, and trade-offs
- Able to simplify complex businesses into clear decisions
- Confident communicating with business owners and executives
Strategic Knowledge (Must Have)
- Understanding of major digital channels and buyer intent
- Ability to choose channels based on business logic — not personal preference
- Strong diagnostic and analytical thinking
- Commercial intuition (what will and won’t sell)
Nice to Have (Trainable)
- Experience as a founder or operator
- Light financial modeling or RevOps experience
- CRO or funnel understanding
- AI-assisted analysis experience
