Overview:
You will develop and implement an LSA strategy tailored to small US businesses with tight budgets. You will also optionally manage other paid media (Google Ads, including sponsored listings, and Facebook Ads) and demonstrate a clear ROI. The ideal candidate can show verifiable results from LSA campaigns and related paid channels, particularly for small businesses in the United States.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of direct experience running Local Services Ads (LSA) campaigns.
- Demonstrated success with LSA for small US businesses; able to share measurable results (e.g., lead volume changes, cost-per-lead changes, lead quality improvements).
- Strong track record with other paid channels (Google Ads, including sponsored listings, Facebook Ads) and ability to demonstrate results from those channels.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with data tools (e.g., Google Analytics/GA4, Google Ads reporting, dashboards, conversion tracking, call-tracking tools like CallRail or similar).
- Ability to translate data into actionable strategy; comfortable presenting findings to clients or stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication; capable of managing client expectations and delivering clear, concise reports.
- Self-starter with good organizational skills; able to manage multiple clients and tight budgets without compromising quality.
- Experience working with small businesses in the US, ideally across trades such as home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, remodeling, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize Local Services Ads campaigns for multiple clients, ensuring alignment with each business’s goals and available budget.
- Build repeatable LSA playbooks and forecasting models (lead volume, CPL, lead quality, conversion-to-booked-appointment) for different trades and locations.
- Monitor performance metrics (lead volume, cost per lead, response time, lead-to-sale conversions) and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize qualified leads within budget.
- Manage lead budgets and bidding strategies within the LSA framework, while ensuring compliance with Google’s LSA requirements (license/insurance validation where applicable, background checks where required).
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports (monthly and ad-hoc) that clearly communicate results, insights, and recommended next steps to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze landing pages, CTAs, and call-tracking data; collaborate with clients or teams to optimize conversion pathways.
- Identify opportunities to enhance lead quality (e.g., routing, appointment setting, follow-up processes) and reduce wasted spend.
- If applicable, plan and execute complementary paid media campaigns (Google Ads and Facebook Ads) and demonstrate their impact on overall ROI; provide integrated performance reports.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform changes, and best practices; share learnings within the team.
Preferred qualifications
- Certifications: Google Ads Certification (any related Local Services Ads program credentials if available), Google Analytics/GA4 certification.
- Experience with lead attribution models and CRM integration.
- Background in landing page optimization and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with license/insurance verification processes and understanding of local regulatory requirements for service providers.

Work Conditions:
The role is 100% remote, requiring effective communication with teams across different time zones. Regular virtual meetings and reporting sessions will be an integral part of the role.
