About The Role

We are expanding our outbound advertising sales team and looking for a high-performing sales professional who knows how to win conversations with SMB business owners.

This role is not just about dialing numbers and reading scripts.

We want someone who can identify patterns in client pain points, objections, buying behavior, and market needs — then help improve how we sell.

You’ll play an important role in refining messaging, improving scripts, identifying opportunities, and helping shape a smarter outbound sales process as we grow our Paid Ads division.

If you are naturally consultative, performance-driven, and constantly thinking about how to improve conversations and close rates, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and sell digital advertising solutions to SMBs across the U.S.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound sales conversations
  • Understand business pain points and recommend solutions consultatively
  • Handle objections and adapt messaging in real time
  • Help improve scripts, call flows, positioning, and outbound strategy based on live market feedback
  • Collaborate with leadership on sales process improvements and client insights
  • Maintain strong pipeline activity and CRM discipline
  • Contribute ideas that improve conversion, retention, and long-term client value

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in outbound phone sales or inside sales
  • Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
  • Ability to build trust quickly with SMB owners
  • Experience selling marketing, advertising, SaaS, lead generation, or business services
  • Confidence handling objections and navigating complex conversations
  • Performance-driven mindset with strong accountability
  • Experience working in KPI-driven sales environments

Especially Valuable

  • Experience in customer success, account management, retention, or upselling
  • Exposure to digital marketing services such as Google Ads, lead generation, SEO, or paid media
  • Ability to identify trends from customer conversations and improve sales messaging
  • Experience helping refine scripts, processes, or sales workflows
  • Strong emotional intelligence and active listening skills
