Performance Creative Director I 100% Remote | Contract USD 4k–6k/mo Base + Performance Bonuses

411 Locals is hiring a Performance Creative Director to build and scale our high-volume video performance engine on Meta. We manage direct-response lead generation for 3,500+ home service SMBs (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.) and are scaling to 10,000+ accounts.

We are not looking for a traditional Creative Director or brand marketer. We need an organized growth operator obsessed with performance creative, rapid experimentation, and CPL optimization.

Key Performance Targets:

• Leads/Customer/Day: Scale average from 0.3 ➔ 2+ leads/day.
• Cost Per Lead (CPL): Drive blended CPL from $15 ➔ Under $10.
• Testing Scale: Discover scalable winning video formulas weekly across 20+ industries.

Core Responsibilities:

• Video Performance Engine: Operationalize a rapid testing pipeline capable of producing and testing high volumes of short-form/UGC video concepts monthly.
• Creative Decay & Strategy: Analyze Meta campaign data to identify winning hooks, messaging angles, and offers; rapidly replace decaying creatives before performance drops.
• Team Leadership & Systems: Build and lead a remote team of Creative Strategists, AI Video Producers, and freelancers, establishing clear accountability and production velocity.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Paid Media and Operations teams to scale winning creative formulas across thousands of accounts.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in performance marketing, direct-response advertising, or creative strategy.
• 5+ years managing creative or performance marketing teams.
• Proven mastery of Meta Ads performance metrics (CPL, CTR, CPM, Conversion Rate) and high-volume video testing.
• Demonstrated experience scaling direct-response lead generation campaigns (local business/home services experience strongly preferred).
• A structured, data-first mindset (TEST ➔ MEASURE ➔ KILL ➔ ITERATE ➔ WIN ➔ SCALE).

Work Conditions:

• Compensation: $4,000 – $6,000 USD / month base + performance bonuses tied to CPL and lead targets.
• 100% Remote flexibility.
• Reporting directly to Executive Leadership.
