About the job
About Us:
At 411 Locals, we empower small businesses worldwide through collaboration and innovation. Our mission is to provide simplified, effective, and affordable business services, enabling entrepreneurs to start, grow, and run their ventures with confidence. Join our team and be part of an environment that fosters growth, achieves results, and embraces constant innovation. Together, we create win-win-win outcomes for our customers, the company, and ourselves.
Overview:
Why This Role Exists
We have built a partially automated campaign-creation system that ingests sales data, scrapes client websites, and uses AI to generate creative briefs, ad concepts, and visual assets.
Currently, the system requires a human operator to bridge the gap between “automation” and “final delivery.” This role exists to take over the day-to-day operation, quality assurance, and finishing of these campaigns.
Crucially, this role serves as the bridge between Marketing, Operations, and Engineering. You will not only run the system but also translate operational challenges into technical requirements, ensuring our developers build exactly what is needed.
Core Mission
Operate and validate our AI-driven campaign system to ensure campaigns are delivered within SLA, while simultaneously managing the development pipeline by providing clear requirements and testing developer outputs.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Call Center / BPO Experience: Proven background in a structured operational environment (e.g., QA Specialist, Team Lead, or Operations). You must be accustomed to following strict SOPs, using scorecards, and managing volume without sacrificing quality.
- Technical Liaison Capability: Experience working with technical teams. You must be able to write clear requirements and give precise feedback on developer deliverables.
- Marketing Fundamentals: Deep understanding of offers, differentiation, and hooks. You can spot the difference between “technically correct” copy and “persuasive” copy.
- Operational Discipline: Comfortable working with SLAs, checklists, and repetitive high-stakes workflows.
- AI-Assisted Workflow Experience: Comfortable reviewing, editing, and refining AI-generated text and images.
- Visual Eye & Tools: Basic proficiency in Figma (for image resizing/selection) and Google Slides.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with No-Code tools (Gumloop, Zapier, Make).
- Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Basic Video Editing skills.
- Understanding of US SMB home service markets.
Explicit Non-Responsibilities
- Writing actual code.
- Designing complex automation architecture from scratch.
- Media buying or ad platform bid management.
- Taking customer support calls (this is an operations/QA role, not a phone role).
Key Responsibilities
A. System Operation & Campaign Orchestration
- Monitor Inflow: Watch sales/onboarding channels (Sheets/GoHighLevel) to identify new campaign requests.
- Input Validation: Ensure all required inputs (offers, transcripts, assets) are present before triggering automation; flag blocking issues immediately.
- Execution: Trigger automation workflows (via Gumloop) and track them to successful completion.
- SLA Management: Ensure all campaigns move from “Intake” to “Ready for Launch” within the 48-hour Service Level Agreement.
B. Marketing QA & Creative Judgment
- Review AI Outputs: Critique AI-generated briefs, hooks, and ad copy against quality standards (similar to a Call Center QA scorecard).
- Selection & Curation: The AI will generate multiple options. Your job is to:
- Select the ad angle that best fits the client’s offer.
- Choose the most compelling imagery from the generated sets.
- Edit copy (hooks/headlines) to maximize persuasion and flow.
- Asset Finishing:
- Resize and finalize selected images using existing Figma templates.
- Review and polish the final Google Slides decks for the downstream launch team.
C. Technical Collaboration & Requirements Management
- Act as the Bridge: Serve as the primary liaison between the marketing/ops function and the technical team (developers/automation engineers).
- Define Requirements: Translate operational bottlenecks, bugs, or feature requests into clear, written requirements for developers.
- Manage Deliverables: specific “definitions of done” for new features and track developer progress.
- Feature QA: When developers release a system update or fix, you are responsible for testing it to ensure it solves the problem without breaking existing workflows.
D. Continuous Improvement Loop
- Log Failures: Maintain a structured log of where automation failed, hallucinated, or produced poor quality work.
- Feedback to Strategy: Provide structured insights to the lead strategist (Leo) on how to improve prompts and system logic based on real-world usage.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- You are likely a Technical Project Manager or a former Call Center Team Lead/QA looking to pivot into AI Operations.
- You have the discipline of a BPO veteran—you respect the checklist and the SLA—but you also have the creative eye to tell when the AI has written a bad ad. You are comfortable telling a developer exactly why a feature isn’t working and what needs to change to fix it.
Work Conditions:
The role is 100% remote, requiring effective communication with teams across different time zones. Regular virtual meetings and reporting sessions will be an integral part of the role.
