Minimum requirements:

  • AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF OUTBOUND B2B SALES experience is required
  • At least Highschool Graduate
  • Must have basic english communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Energetic, motivated, reliable and dependable
  • With stable internet connection
  • Willing to use his/her own equipment

Responsibilities 

  • Achieve or surpass DPAD target
  • Produce clean sales and minimize Misrepresentation Error Rate Percentage to ensure customer longevity.
  • Taking Turn Over (T.Os) phone calls
  • Enter deals into the company CRM while talking to customers
    • Entering correct and accurate information into the CRM will include but not limited to Creating account information, email address, Service agreement etc.
    • Entering accurate information in CRM is governed by quality audits, random spot checks and reviews. Failing on these guidelines will lead to actions as outlined in the code of conduct and quality policy.
  • Address and fix any mistake made in a pitch to a customer maintaining a no MIS REP policy throughout their career.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence customers to sign up with us and stay with the company
  • Demonstrate ability to effectively sell current and future products to company will decide  to market using the utmost levels of integrity, highest levels of salesmanship, versatility and very strong application of the best sales techniques.
  • Maintain a high Closing Ratio
  • Develop and change pitch according to any new company policies
  • Follow the best lead nurturing practices of Pipeline management, lead nurturing etc., ensuring effective sales funneling and closures.
  • Provide immediate assistance to the closers and any sales agent within the company
  • Continuously improves Closing effectiveness by: developing new approaches and techniques; analyzing results; asking for feedback from manager and QA, Completing Company Up-Training and or Sales Certification requirements
  • Update job knowledge by: self-education; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
  • Ability to perform multiple and rapid Internet searches
  • Maintain a good professional working environment
  • Attend all company meetings pertaining to this department
  • Maintain a united, goal oriented, money motivated, and company-loyal team.
  • LEAD BY EXAMPLE EVERY DAY
  • Participate and exceed in regular trainings provided by the organization
  • Be a strong team player, abide by team and floor policies related but not limited to pre-intimation of leaves, absences, phone off time etc.
  • Participate, cooperate and work towards working coaching and performance improvement plans with their team leader, managers and performance improvement

Compensation:

  • Base salary (depending on experience)
