About the Role
411 Locals is hiring entry-level Mexico-based BDRs / Cold Callers to help connect small business owners with our senior sales team.
This is a strong fit for someone with some cold calling, appointment-setting, telemarketing, call center, or inside sales experience who wants to grow in a performance-based sales role.
You will be calling business owners, not consumers. Most prospects are local service businesses, contractors, and small business decision makers who may need more leads, more calls, and more customers.

Your job is to create interest, explain the offer in simple terms, and schedule the prospect with a senior closer when there is a real opportunity.
What You’ll Talk About
You will introduce business owners to a simple lead generation offer:
10 exclusive leads for $300
The BDR does not need to close the sale. Your job is to start the conversation, confirm basic interest, and schedule the business owner with a senior sales specialist.
What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls to small business owners.
Confirm you are speaking with the owner or decision maker.
Ask simple questions to see if they are open to more leads or customers.
Briefly explain the lead generation offer.
Set qualified appointments for senior closers.
Perform live transfers when a closer is available.
Follow approved scripts and call flows.
Send notes and appointment details accurately.
Take coaching from team leads, QA, and closers.
Improve your calls based on feedback and results.
What We’re Looking For
This is an entry-level sales role, but we prefer candidates who already have some phone experience.
Good candidates usually have:
Some cold calling, telemarketing, call center, appointment-setting, or sales experience.
Confidence speaking with business owners by phone.
Clear spoken English.
Ability to follow a script without sounding robotic.
Good listening skills.
Thick skin and persistence.
Reliable attendance.
Basic computer and CRM skills.
Desire to earn bonuses and grow in sales.
Compensation
This role includes a stable hourly base plus performance upside.
Compensation may include:
Hourly base pay
