We are looking for a Sales Associate Operation Manager to join our growing team and:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales department, focusing on the sales of the Online Presence Package and other 411 Locals products.  Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales and expense targets, innovate sales processes, and manage the operational integrity of the sales environment.

Scope

  1. Responsible for management of the Sales Division consisting of Sales Managers, Team Leads, Sales Agents, and additional administrative personnel
  2. Oversee global sales teams, specifically those located in the Philippines and Mexico.
  3. Propose incentives, skills development, coaching, SOP improvement and team structure.

Key Responsibilities. Responsible for: 

  1. Team Lead Accountability: Ensure team leads are effectively executing their duties, including performance monitoring, coaching, adherence to schedules, and task completion.
  2. Operational Task Management: Oversee the timely execution of all operational tasks critical to the smooth running of the call center floor.
  3. RACI Compliance: Implement and monitor compliance with the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) matrix to ensure clear task ownership and efficient project completion.
  4. SOP Adherence: Verify that all teams and team members are strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Identify and recommend any necessary SOP updates.
  5. KPI Performance: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor team and individual performance. Develop strategies to address performance gaps and ensure KPI targets are consistently met.
  6. Coaching and Development: Work with managers and team leads to identify coaching needs. Implement coaching programs to enhance team performance and individual growth.
  7. Project Implementation: Oversee the planning and execution of new projects and initiatives, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  8. Headcount Forecasting: Analyze sales trends and operational needs to provide accurate headcount forecasts, ensuring optimal staffing levels.
  9. Budget Management: Contribute to the creation of the sales department budget. Track expenses and demonstrate proficiency in managing Profit and Loss statements (P&Ls).
  10. Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve sales strategies, processes, and systems to maximize efficiency, productivity, and results.
