We are looking for a Sales Funnel Refinement and Campaign Optimization Consultant to join our growing team.

Objective:

The primary objective of this scope of work is to refine the sales funnel and flow, including giving best practices to optimize PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns across various platforms to generate leads effectively, and provide necessary training to the team. The scope will have a commitment of maximum 15 hours per week.

Initial Assessment

  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current sales funnel structure, including lead acquisition, nurturing, and conversion stages.
  • Analyze existing PPC campaigns across different platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Review target audience demographics, keywords, ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion tracking methods.

Sales Funnel Refinement 

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine the existing sales funnel based on the assessment findings.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks or gaps in the funnel and propose solutions for optimization.
  • Develop strategies to enhance lead qualification, nurture prospects effectively, and streamline the conversion process.

Sales Funnel Optimization

Lead Qualification Enhancement:

  • Review and refine lead qualification criteria to ensure alignment with ideal customer profiles and sales objectives.
  • Develop standardized lead scoring methodologies to prioritize high-quality leads for further engagement.
  • Provide guidance on effective communication strategies to qualify leads efficiently and effectively.

2. Nurturing Strategies Development:

  • Create personalized nurturing sequences tailored to different stages of the buyer’s journey.
  • Advise on tieing in email automation workflows and drip campaigns to deliver relevant content and offers based on prospect behavior and interests.

3. Conversion Process Streamlining:

  • Identify friction points in the funnel and streamline the user experience to reduce drop-off.

4. Sales Team:

  • Support sales representatives in managing and closing leads through the sales pipeline.

Conclusion and Handover

  • Summarize key findings, successes, and recommendations from the consultancy period.
  • Ensure a seamless handover of responsibilities and knowledge transfer to the internal team for continued management of sales funnels and lead-gen campaigns.
  • Provide final documentation, reports, and resources for future reference and ongoing optimization efforts.

Team Training and Knowledge Transfer

  • Conduct training sessions for the internal team on sales funnel optimization best practices, campaign management techniques, and platform-specific strategies.

Consultation and Support

  • Offer ongoing consultation and support to address any questions, concerns, or challenges related to sales funnel refinement and campaign optimization.
  • Respond promptly to queries and provide timely assistance via email, or video conferencing as needed.
