These are blue-collar service industry traders from the USA and Canada — roofers, painters, handymen — raising their hands and saying: “ Help me grow.”
Facebook is feeding the funnel. (And now, we’re adding videos too.) Now we need you to turn the lukewarm leads into closed deals.
Mission
Turn interest into revenue by owning the follow-up and closing loop. You’ll need to move fast, think creatively, and build the system that converts a cold “maybe” into a signed-up customer.
You’ll lead by example, conduct proof of concept calls (POCs), and eventually build the sales team to scale what you’ve created.
This role is about speed, creativity, and impact.

What You’ll Do
- Follow up with every lead in real time — no lead left behind
- Turn lukewarm leads into hot sales through sharp outreach and conversation
- Run POCs that turn interest into trust and close
- Design SMS/email/call cadences that actually convert
- Partner with marketing like a co-founder of the conversion engine
- Build the re-engagement playbook for “Not Now” leads
- Spot patterns, track HOTs/WARMs/COLDs — and close what matters
- Lay the foundation to hire and lead a future sales team
What Success Looks Like
- Shortened response times and improved contact rates
- A consistent, tested lead conversion journey
- Tangible revenue growth from Facebook campaigns
- Insights that directly inform creative and targeting strategy
- A scalable, proven playbook for future team use.
You Bring
- 5–10 years of sales experience in digital marketing, SEO , FB / Google Ads
- Think like a growth hacker, not a call center script reader
- Love owning your number — and building the path to get there
- Fast mover, clean writer, real talker (no pitch-deck speak)
- Bonus: You’ve played with AI tools, tested follow-ups, or built nurture flows
