About 411 Locals

411 Locals is a global authority in performance-driven lead generation for small and medium-sized businesses. We don’t just “manage accounts”—we engineer the high-impact results that sustain thousands of local businesses worldwide.

We are seeking a “Master Chef,” not a “home cook.” In our fast-paced, high-volume environment, we demand technical experts who go beyond surface-level settings to master the “sauce” of the data and decode the latest shifts in platform behavior. If you prioritize analytical rigor and treat media buying as a craft rather than a checklist, you belong here.

What You’ll Do

  • Rapid-Fire Testing: Execute a structured “Hypothesis → Test → Analyze” process. You are expected to identify a winning angle vs. a failing one within 48 hours, not 30 days.
  • Creative-Led Targeting: Leverage Meta’s latest shifts where the visual creative drives the targeting. You understand how to use imagery and video to signal the algorithm to find the right audience without relying solely on manual interest settings.
  • Technical Optimization: Beyond just “setting up ads,” you will use platform-native features (AI music overlays, technical hooks, and visual adjustments) to marginalize CPL and boost conversion rates.
  • Playbook Development: Turn winning campaigns into repeatable models that can be duplicated across dozens of cities and verticals.
  • Performance Accountability: You aren’t just looking at top-line numbers; you are diving into the “sauce” of the campaign to understand why it’s working and how to make it 10% better.

Creative Partnership

Creatives are produced by our internal AI automation, but you are the Lead Strategist:

  • You analyze why specific visuals are “stopping the scroll.”
  • You request technical variations based on hard data (e.g., “This hook is winning, give me 3 more variations of the first 3 seconds”).
  • You understand that a poor creative will never “optimize” into a winner, and you have the discipline to kill failing assets early.

KPIs

  • Aggressive Target CPL: Hit and maintain industry-leading costs.
  • Lead Quality (Junk Rate): Constant focus on reducing spam and improving intent.
  • Customer Retention: How quickly you can determine performance and pivot.

Requirements

  • 3+ Years Meta Ads Lead-Gen Experience: Deep, technical knowledge of the backend.
  • Modern Platform Literacy: You stay current on how Facebook/Google use AI and computer vision to read creatives and serve ads.
  • Analytical Rigor: You are a “numbers person” who can look at raw data and see patterns immediately.
  • No Agency Excuses: You understand that “waiting 30 days for the algorithm to learn” is often an excuse for poor creative or poor strategy.
  • Integrity & Craft: We screen for genuine technical knowledge. Candidates who use AI to “game” assessments or provide surface-level agency answers will be disqualified.

How to Apply

To be considered for this high-performance role, please submit your CV and include the following:

  • Highlights: Highlighting your specific experience in managing high-volume Meta and Google Search lead-generation campaigns.
  • “Master Chef” Intro: A brief introduction explaining why you consider yourself a “Master Chef” of media buying rather than a “home cook.” What specific technical depth or analytical mindset sets you apart from the average specialist?
  • The 48-Hour Test: Describe your technical framework for evaluating a new campaign. How do you decide whether to scale or kill an ad within the first 48 hours without relying on the “30-day learning phase” excuse?
  • Portfolio & Results: Specific examples of work and campaigns you have managed. Include:
    • Meta + Google Results: Direct evidence of spend, CPL, and lead quality achieved.
    • A Creative Case Study: An example of a specific visual, hook, or technical tweak you requested that significantly moved the needle on performance.
  • Expected Monthly Salary: Please state your expectations in your local currency or USD.
