Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Page Execution: Publish, maintain, and schedule consistent organic content calendars across 20–25 Facebook pages without missing a beat.
• Community & Engagement: Proactively engage with followers, reply to comments/messages, and spark discussions to boost page reach.
• Content Adaptation & Trends: Repurpose existing creative assets, spot viral trends, and tailor posts using Canva or scheduling tools.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor organic reach metrics, identify underperforming assets, and optimize posting strategy.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in social media specialist management with a heavy focus on Facebook Pages.
• Proven track record of managing multiple social media pages at once (10+ pages simultaneously preferred).
• Proficient with Meta Business Suite, Canva, and social scheduling tools.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Self-starter mindset: You own your numbers, get stuff done, and operate independently.
